Unless otherwise stated in the rental agreement, the pool can be used from April to October.
Bed linen and linen
Duvets, pillows, sheets, pillowcases, towels, kitchen towels and towels for the pool and beach are always available. Bed linen is changed once a week. Towels are changed twice a week. To guarantee your comfort, we provide a set of spare sheets and towels so that you can change them yourself during your stay if necessary.
The apartment is privately owned and furnished to our personal taste. The kitchen is fully furnished and equipped with accessories, a refrigerator, sufficient crockery and cutlery. All materials in the apartment, except those on the top shelves of the wardrobes, may be used freely. Just make sure our next guests can too!
The cleaning of the apartment at the end of your stay is included in the rental price. We do expect you to leave it tidy;
- sweeping the floor (you can leave the wet cleaning to us),
- wash dishes, take bed linen and collect,
- empty trash cans and dispose of waste bags, etc.
During periods of great drought, the water supply of the village can be cut for a shorter period of time (per day). In the event of a calamity it is possible for the supply of electricity to be cut off for a certain period of time. The owners are not accountable or liable for any of these unforeseen circumstances.
If, despite our care and regular checks, you would like to file a complaint, the tenant must first contact the landlord. If the complaint cannot be satisfactorily resolved on the spot, the tenant must submit a written complaint. Leaving the rented apartment prematurely, without prior consultation and mutual agreement, releases the owner from any obligation to pay compensation. Complaints that have not been satisfactorily resolved must be submitted in writing within one week after the end of the rental period.
