To guarantee your comfort, we provide a set of spare sheets and towels so that you can change them yourself during your stay if necessary.<\/p>\n<h2>Interior<\/h2>\n<p>The apartment is privately owned and furnished to our personal taste. The kitchen is fully furnished and equipped with accessories, a refrigerator, sufficient crockery and cutlery. All materials in the apartment, except those on the top shelves of the wardrobes, may be used freely. Just make sure our next guests can too!<\/p>\n<h2>Cleaning<\/h2>\n<p>The cleaning of the apartment at the end of your stay is included in the rental price. We do expect you to leave it tidy;<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>sweeping the floor (you can leave the wet cleaning to us),<\/li>\n<li>wash dishes, take bed linen and collect,<\/li>\n<li>empty trash cans and dispose of waste bags, etc.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Water<\/h2>\n<p>During periods of great drought, the water supply of the village can be cut for a shorter period of time (per day). In the event of a calamity it is possible for the  supply of electricity to be cut off for a certain period of time. The owners are not accountable or liable for any of these unforeseen circumstances.<\/p>\n<h2>Complaints<\/h2>\n<p>Mochten er ondanks onze zorgvuldige selectie en regelmatige controle toch klachten zijn, dan dient de huurder zich in eerste instantie te wenden tot de verhuurder. Als de klacht ter plaatse niet naar tevredenheid kan worden opgelost, dient de huurder schriftelijk klacht in te dienen. Het voortijdig verlaten van het gehuurde appartement, zonder voorafgaand overleg en wederzijdse overeenstemming ontslaat de eigenaar van iedere verplichting tot schadeloosstelling.
